Sent to Amy Irwen - Rosemount, MN, U.S. - 12/08/14 - A&P
Another Add&PassOn that I did not pass
on for a long time... And I forgot who sent it to me and when... But, finally,
yesterday, I sent it to Amy Irwen, who, I think to have understood, loves to
make Add&PassOns —contrary to myself!
...and then I discover that Amy, on August 25, 2014 (see http://iuoma-network.ning.com/group/add-pass-the-x-files?xg_source=activity), made her addition and sent it further —I don't know to whom!

Sent to Peter Müller al. Friedrich R. Roda - Bremen, Germany - 12/08/14
On a mail-art card sent to Peter, I ask him if he accepts that I reuse/ recycle pieces of the booklets he sent me some days ago (see http://wimplet2.blogspot.com/2014/08/from-peter-muller-al-friedrich-r-roda.html) —and I start by using discretely some of such pieces on this card sent to him.

From Peter Müller al. Friedrich R. Roda - Bremen, Germany - 09/08/14
This time, Peter sends two examples of editions of his "Verlach". These are little booklets with photos, of "9 cents only" products, and "From art exhibitions".
In the lettre Peter joins, I learn that I now have a "subscription" to the editions of the Friedrichrodaer Verlach.I decide to reuse and recycle the images from the booklets —and I tell Peter so. They will appear in my coming mail arts!

Sent to Forum Künstlerinnen - Call "1:1" - Gengenbach, Germany - 01/08/14
Here is my sending for the Call "1:1 - Appreciation for women / parity in arts and everywhere worldwide" made by the German Women Artists Forum - "Forum Künstlerinnen" (http://www.forum-kuenstlerinnen.de/1-1_Mail_Art_Invitation_english_final-b.pdf)
The mail art that will have been sent will be displayed on different events in Germany, all related to the Künstlerinnen-Forum's 1992/94 - 2014/15 campaign concerning "parity / equality / how many female artists are in museums".
The mail-art sendings are displayed on the website forum-kuenstlerinnen.de
Sent to Cernjul Viviana - Buenos Aires, Argentina -29/07/14
On an black&white Add&Pass-On received from Roland Halbritter (who recieved as start a photo-collage from Nick Johnson), I added a colour photo of a man making a photo of Paris. Roland added in the center of Nick Johnson's photo collage, a black&white copy of one of his Born-Project stamps: a portrait of John Held Jr. -where Roland added to his name the ending "in", that is, making the name "Held" into "Heldin", that is, "Heroin", an allusion to my Heroins-project http://wimplet-heldinnen.blogspot.de/ (to which Roland contributed already a lot!!!)
On a paper cutting from a children's book, I wrote a little note to Cernjul explaining that I DON'T LIKE ADD&PASS-ONs, but that, when I receive one, I often feel "obliged", one day or another, to add something and pass it on to somebody of whom I have reasons to think that she/he likes Add&Pass-Ons.

New mail-art call from Roland Halbritter: "Malerwinkelhaus Marktbreit" (deadline 31/12/14)
Roland sent me an announcement of his new call: "Malerwinkelhaus Marktbreit" (deadline 31/12/14).
As he presents it on the blog dedicated to this call (and presenting the sendings, malerwinkelhaus.blogspot):
"A picturesque place and the hot spot of the sightseeing buildings in town where lots of artists and photographers have found their iconic view on this very special frame house. Your interpretation of this house will also be appreciated for an exhibition in 2015. All Mail Art will become part of the collection of the Museum."
