From Roland Halbritter - Nüdlingen, Germany - 23/04/14
After PINK, ORANGE and YELLOW -and a series of other special Mail-Arts, Roland now send me a black card with, happily, one opening through which two eyes —as of a Madonna— look into the sky! The card comes with very appropriate wishes: FROHE OSTERN - FROHE WESTERN - FROHE NORDERN - FROHE SÜDERN ("Ostern"= Easter" and "froh" = "happy" in the context of "Happy Easter"; the rest can be puzzled out!)

Sent to Kim JungYoun - Seoul, Korea - 21/04/14
I prepared this joyful card for Kim before I received her message announcing that "unfortunately, [her] best and old friend’s
daughter probably died in the Korea ferry accident". I sent her the card with a little note of compassion.
Received from Patricio, the Celestial Scribe - Curitiba, PR, Brzail - 21/04/14
In a typical Embassy-of-Republik-van-Patland envelope was, along with a IUOMA-Self Decapitation announcement, another brown bag filled with -I forgot the name, I think I learned from Val- all kinds of these stupid little bits of paper, cards, receipts, sales slips, coupons, etc.
Some were rather funny and/or interesting, such as a publicity for "Ferratin, against anaemia and chlorosis", which comes, as Patricio, the Celestial Scribe himself, writes, from a German newspaper of 1896, that is a real "antique" cutting!

From Frieder Speck - Munich, Germany - 31/03/14
Frieder sent me an impressive painting or lithography in black (and white) with some blue touches: I find it beautiful and thought immediately that this is a portrait of somebody, not an imaginary man's portrait.
From Roland Halbritter - Nüdlingen, Germany - 14/03/14
Roland sends a beautiful poster of an exhibition with work of Christian Wilhelm Allers, exhibition of which he was the curator. Roland, who mentions on his blog: "Please no add&pass or ATCs ... ...and please no tapes - I hate them ...", presents his sending as an add&pass-on in which, besides himself, participated already several other great names in the mail-art world, such as Angela Behrendt and, last but not least, Ray Johnson! I'm still hesitating about the add&pass-on character of Roland's sending...
Sent to Françoise - Montrouge, France - 16/04/14
After a long interruption -because of my intensive German-language course, the famous DaF-C1 course- I take advantage of my Easterholidays to make some Easter mail-art cards.

Sent to Marjolein - Utrecht, Netherlands - 15/03/14
Marjolein asked for her 60th birthday that all guests made something 10x10cm related to what they shared and/or experienced with her. I made a two-sided card: inter alia, on the one side, Paris, Groningen, North and South; on the other side, two hands holding a pair of small scissors referring to all the handcraft activities we share!
Received from Dean Marks, Artist in Seine - Paris, France - 11/03/14
"N° 717 15 February 2014" is all what is mentioned on this card what makes it possible for me to identify the sender... But I think immediately in the Artist in Seine... even if I did not expect him in Sri Lanka!
Received from Angela Behrendt - Hannover, Germany - 11/03/14
Angela immediately used the clothes pegs I sent her http://wimplet2.blogspot.de/2014/04/sent-to-angela-behrendt-hannover.html -but stayed with her expertise, stitch-mail arting!
Received from Laurence Gillot - Nancy, France - 11/03/14
Laurence made me again a dreamhaft sending. I discovered her new pliers where, if I see well, an winged horse is flying through the airs. Notice that Laurence's two themes for calls are now BIRDS and ANATOMY.
